Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Resolve construction issues and conflicts promptly.
  • Guarantee that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
