Position Overview:

This role is crucial in assisting teams to pinpoint and comprehend essential metrics of business performance, monitor progress towards objectives, and facilitate informed decision-making within the organization while also measuring customer satisfaction trends.

Key Duties:

1. Design and automate reporting for customer experience, key performance indicators (KPIs), and data visualization to effectively track business performance, support organizational decision-making, and monitor progress across various dimensions affecting customer experience, including case management and service delivery compliance.

2. Evaluate the quality and significance of data, customer satisfaction trends, and KPIs to uncover opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and aid leadership in holding departments accountable for fostering a proactive customer experience, thereby promoting continuous improvement and organizational accountability through evolving processes.

3. Create and manage databases and data systems to structure data into an accessible format, enabling the tracking of trends and initiatives.

4. Collaborate with departmental leaders and stakeholders across the organization as the data and systems subject matter expert, ensuring effective utilization of data to drive informed decision-making.

5. Present findings and results through comprehensive presentations and reports to the Customer Experience Manager and other stakeholders using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, or web presentations.

6. Innovate and implement creative strategies for data presentation to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Educational Requirement: Associates Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in analysis and reporting automation.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical proficiency in building and automating data solutions, with a solid command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Query).
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a field emphasizing statistical and analytical skills, such as mathematics or computer science is a plus (a combination of education and experience may be considered).
  • Analytics Certificate is a plus.
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Oracle, or Python is a plus.
