Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to join our team at various healthcare facilities in Manchester, NH. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing post-acute care to residents
  • Monitoring patients' physical and mental wellbeing and tracking their vital signs
  • Conducting thorough intakes of residents and documenting their health concerns and medical histories
  • Reviewing medical records and charts for accuracy and completeness
  • Administering medications and verifying dosages
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical supplies inventory
Requirements:
  • CURRENT New Hampshire state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved LPN educational program
  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or similar role
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
