About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Wellness Services team. The successful candidate will provide preventative and emergency health services, as well as wellness education to students. Key responsibilities include evaluating student needs, recommending medical and mental health services, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
Job Description:
As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to students. This includes performing routine medical procedures, administering medications, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also be expected to work closely with the Wellness Director to coordinate medical services and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid LPN certification from an accredited program and a current, active license to practice as an LPN in the state where you will be working. A minimum of one year of healthcare experience is preferred. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
