Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will assist the General Manager in leading our hospitality team, focusing on guest and associate satisfaction, financial performance, asset protection, sales, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, financial performance, and asset protection.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue generation.
  • Lead and motivate the hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hotel experience.
  • Strong guest-centric mentality.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

  • High School or better in Business Administration.
