Key Responsibilities

· Monitor and manage inventory levels, including overseeing incoming shipments.

· Prepare the warehouse for daily operations and the receipt of materials.

· Ensure that installation teams adhere to their schedules and arrive punctually at job sites.

· Address any product or installation issues promptly.

· Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system, including service tickets and invoices.

· Leverage technology for effective inventory management and communication with partners.

· Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

· Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer service is advantageous.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

· Physical capability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs regularly.

· Strong numerical skills, including basic math and an understanding of measurements.

· Previous experience in home improvement or warehouse settings is preferred.
