Position Summary: This role is essential for overseeing the daily operations within our warehouse, specifically focusing on our innovative POPCAKE automatic pancake machines. The position is part of a collaborative team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and disassemble returned POPCAKE machines for service evaluation.
- Restore returned machines to a like-new condition by thoroughly cleaning and refurbishing all components.
- Prepare and package orders for ground shipping carriers, ensuring accurate documentation for all shipments.
- Recondition returned units for resale and communicate relevant details to the Customer Service team for tracking purposes.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and maintained according to FDA standards, including proper labeling of pallets.
- Prepare pallets for outbound LTL shipments, ensuring all necessary paperwork and labels are ready for transport.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts to verify SKU accuracy.
- Assist in unloading shipments from suppliers and confirm receipt of expected quantities.
- Perform additional related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Certified in forklift operation and safety.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse setting.
- Able to lift 70 lbs repeatedly from ground level.
- Capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Experience using a pallet jack to move heavy loads.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a quick learning ability.
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
