Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the receipt, processing, and distribution of merchandise to our stores.
  • Supervise daily activities of warehouse associates and drivers, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to cover and run shifts, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Assist with scheduling to guarantee all shifts are covered.
  • Process deliveries accurately, timely, and efficiently, adhering to delivery schedules.
  • Utilize computer systems to manage accurate inventory for warehouse operations.
  • Assist in transporting orders and returns between the warehouse and stores.
  • Identify damaged and expired products, implementing product rotation based on code dates in the warehouse and stores.
  • Contribute to maintenance responsibilities and activities in the warehouse.
  • Maintain bin locations and conduct physical inventory.
  • Ensure accurate and timely ticketing according to branch standards.
  • Review incoming orders and inform the Warehouse Manager of any errors or discrepancies.
  • Accurately enter information from ordering and receiving forms into the Retail Management System (RMS).
  • Update information in the RMS as needed and generate reports.
  • Stock, date, rotate, and check product temperatures.
  • Maintain effective communication and working relationships between associates and management.
  • Operate company vehicles safely.
Requirements:
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Experience with inventory management.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience required.
  • Flexible availability, able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience in receiving, storing, and delivering inventory.
  • Knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods.
  • Ability to drive a truck safely.
  • Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and coach others.
