Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a representative, you will be responsible for answering patient calls and emails, completing new patient intakes, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Job Description:
This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients through inbound calls and emails
- Complete new patient intakes to ensure smooth transition into treatment
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Educate patients about TMS and Ketamine treatment options
- Coordinate with clinics for patient care and other relevant duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic math skills
- Well-versed in de-escalation techniques and ability to connect with individuals
- Passionate about making a difference in people's lives
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision) and 401K, 20 days off annually, and access to corporate onsite gym, game room, and other amenities.
