Role Summary

We are in search of a Service Engineer who will play a crucial role in our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and provide essential support to our internal technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the repair process for returned batteries, ensuring efficient diagnostics and solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive repair strategies and supervise their implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Manager and the service team to address technical challenges promptly.
  • Act as the primary contact for engineering assistance and manage the RMA workflow.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analyses and deliver training sessions for technicians.
