We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Investigator to join our team at the Georgia Department of Public Health. As a Compliance Investigator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our public health programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations into alleged violations and misconduct related to public health programs and services.
  • Interview witnesses, obtain statements, and gather evidence to support findings.
  • Monitor compliance with terms of licensure and regulatory requirements.
  • Compile and prepare comprehensive reports of investigations, including summary reports, case files, and tracking data.
  • Conduct WIC Vendor Monitoring visits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Investigate complaints of fraud and abuse.
  • Conduct WIC Vendor background investigations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and one year of related experience.
  • OR High school diploma or GED and two years of related experience.
