We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at GreenSky Administrative Services LLC. As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting delinquent monies via inbound and outbound calls, investigating and resolving customer complaints, and properly identifying and coding accounts for support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect delinquent monies via inbound and outbound calls
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Properly identify and code accounts for support processes
- Meet minimum individual and departmental goals and service level benchmarks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficient
- Proven ability to stay focused in a continuous process flow and keep pace within the work team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Katabat collections system
- Experience with call center technology
- Previous debt collection experience
