About the Role

We're seeking an experienced RN to join our team as a Mental Health Care Specialist. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and an opportunity to work 8-hour shifts, including nights.

In this role, you'll be responsible for providing direct care to adult patients with psychiatric illnesses, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with psychiatric illnesses, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, adhering to hospital policies and procedures, and participating in ongoing education and training initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, employee assistance programs, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
