CMA Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Community Management Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with our Association Manager to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Association Manager in maintaining the property by performing quality maintenance and repairs, including equipment and accessories as required.
- Identify potential safety hazards and provide cost-effective solutions to eliminate any potential safety issues for the grounds, building, residents, or property staff.
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and vendors, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Work closely with outside contractors and vendors to oversee and manage the progress of projects, ensuring they meet our quality and safety standards.
- Assist the Association Manager in reviewing projects for quality and safety control, ensuring that all requirements are met.
- Complete work orders and repairs in a professional manner, utilizing the skills of the trade, and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Check all equipment for proper working conditions and report any damage or malfunction to the Association Manager.
- Perform emergency duties on a call-out basis on nights and weekends, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to our community.
- Five years of relevant verifiable work experience, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management role.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background and drug test.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to our community and our values.
