Duties and Responsibilities:

As a General Cleaner at Diversified Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities. Your tasks will include dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning all surfaces, as well as vacuuming, mopping, and wet mopping designated areas. You will also be responsible for cleaning the entire restroom, including fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and restocking supplies as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area, and keeping closets clean, neat, and orderly. Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor.
