Diversified Maintenance Job Summary

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers. Your primary duties will include dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning all surfaces, as well as vacuuming, mopping, and wet mopping designated areas. You will also be responsible for cleaning the entire restroom, restocking supplies as needed, removing trash, and performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain all surfaces, including dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning.
• Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas.
• Clean the entire restroom, including disinfecting surfaces and restocking supplies.
• Remove trash and recyclables, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of janitorial or maintenance experience preferred.
