Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Procedures Technologist to join our team at Corpus Christi Medical Center Bay Area. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our radiology department.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute radiologic procedures for invasive procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Administer medications and therapies under the direction of a physician.
  • Work collaboratively with the Special Procedures team to meet the needs of patients and staff.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of radiologic procedures and quality control measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and procedures in diagnostic radiology.
Requirements
  • Associated degree from a school of radiological technology.
  • One year of related experience in diagnostic radiology preferred.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Current TDH certificate for Certified Medical Technologist.
  • ARRT certification preferred.
