Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team of compassionate and dedicated professionals. As a therapist at EWC, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in individual and group settings, providing differential diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and advocating for your clients' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Complete differential diagnoses and refer clients to appropriate programs
  • Create and modify treatment plans based on client progress
  • Prepare clients for treatment completion
  • Complete administrative tasks, including maintaining case records and responding to outside agency queries
  • Coordinate with outside agencies and community resources
  • Act as a client advocate and liaison
Requirements
  • Licensed in New Jersey as LPC / LCSW / LMFT / LAC / LSW or LAMFT
  • Experience working with children ages 10+ and couples
  • Ability to work 1 weekday and 1 weekend day or 2 weekday evenings and 1 weekend day
  • Great personality and ability to engage with clients
  • Hard-working and caring individual with a strong work ethic
Benefits
  • Competitive salary options: $60,000-$70,000 (LAC, LSW, LAMFT) and $72,000-$82,000 (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) per year
  • Fee-for-service rate: $45 for (LAC, LSW, LAMFT) and $65 for (LCSW, LPC & LMFT)
  • Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for full-time and $7,000 for working with children
  • Quarterly bonus based on show rate
