We're looking for a Senior Estimator to oversee the project from first estimate through subcontract finalization. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you'll be responsible for preparing instructions to bidders, managing the bid process, and participating in the preparation and presentation of cost/budget information to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the project from first estimate through subcontract finalization
  • Prepare instructions to bidders, bid form, and other bid solicitation information as required
  • Manage the bid process on negotiated, GMP, and lump sum projects
  • Participate in the preparation and presentation of cost/budget information to clients
  • Lead estimate/preconstruction handoff meetings between the preconstruction team and project team
Requirements
  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Renovation, infrastructure, life science, education, office, mixed-use, hospitality, residential experience
