About the Job

At Slate Valley Center, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Granville, NY. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted.
  • Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
  • Administering medications and injections to residents as needed.
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
  • Helping residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
  • Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:
  • Valid LPN state license.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Must be in good standing with the state registry.
