Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Process Specialist at Trane Technologies, you will be responsible for developing, sustaining, and improving manufacturing processes and systems focused on exceeding quality, cost, and schedule requirements throughout production.

You will coordinate, organize, and supervise production process methods and engineering activities that facilitate production, including sustaining engineering and continuous improvement activities.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams on assigned projects focused on achieving strategic goals and business metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of related engineering experience in manufacturing experience required.

A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a closely related discipline is also required.

Experience justifying, implementing, and validating capital equipment is highly desired.

Strong leadership skills, project management experience, and knowledge of industrial controls and applications are also preferred.

  3. Demonstrated ability to execute simultaneous complex projects
  4. Familiarity with Autodesk CAD/Inventor and Microsoft Office applications
  5. Ability to promote collaboration and teamwork inside/outside the department
  6. Strong communication skills directed towards training operations staff
