About the Role:

The Route Service Sales Representative is a key position within Cintas, responsible for managing and growing customer accounts in the Rental Division. This role involves driving a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow customer accounts to increase revenue and market share
  • Drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base
  • Deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental items
  • Build rapport with key decision makers and ensure quality standards
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory

Requirements:

  • 21+ years of age
  • High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
  • Active driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain a DOT medical certification
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Self-motivation and drive to work in a team to meet goals
  • Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
