Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a large and diverse team of Customer Service and Sales Support professionals, fostering a culture of empowerment, respect, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes, policies, and strategies across borders and teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and profit targets, leveraging your expertise in SAP and order-to-cash processes.

  • Ensure performance best practices are achieved through repeatable high standards, effective communication, and regular feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; 7 years of team management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of driving growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise in SAP, with a strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, including order management, pricing, invoicing, collecting, and rebates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver messages to multiple groups and speak fluently in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week in-office presence in one of our facilities (Querétaro, Mexico, or Jackson, MI).
  • Travel requirements include regular visits to our Querétaro and Jackson sites, as well as occasional travel to our New Providence (New Jersey, US) and Mississauga (Ontario, Canada) sites.
