Hospice Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Hospice Care Specialist. As a CNA, you will provide personalized care to patients in their homes, supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Responsibilities:

Perform personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as assigned by the patient's care plan

Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of Florida

Minimum of 6 months of experience as a CNA in a hospice or home health setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
