About the Role:

The Fixed Prep Technician will be responsible for preparing patient cases for orthodontic appliances fabrication. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our doctors to ensure that appliances are crafted according to their prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read prescriptions and identify the necessary steps for model preparation

• Prep 3D printed models using hand tools, drills, saws, and X-ACTO knives

• Carve out models to precise specifications

• Follow detailed directions and problem-solve as needed

• Learn when to ask for assistance and when to make independent decisions

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented and great work ethic

• Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good understanding of shape and form

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
