About the RoleThis is a full-time position working 36 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence within our hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care by utilizing best practices during hand-off communication and reporting patient care information.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills in operating and caring for equipment.
- Perform and document systematic assessments according to established criteria.
- Recognize and respond to abnormal diagnostic data and report to appropriate providers.
- Registered Nurse licensure required.
- High school diploma or general educational development (GED) required.
We offer a competitive salary of $62,000 - $82,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new graduates and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 2 years or more of experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
