Clinical Leadership Position in Resident Care

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Resident Care Director. As a member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a crucial role in promoting the health and wellness of our residents.
Job OverviewThe Resident Care Director is responsible for leading and managing the nursing team to provide high-quality care to our residents. This includes overseeing the implementation of care programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and recruiting and developing clinical talent.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership for resident care in the community, managing and directing the nursing team to promote the health and wellness of the resident population.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate care and services for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Sunrise's policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state license as a professional Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Minimum two years LPN/LVN experience; at least one year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred.
- Minimum of one year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
Sunrise Senior Living offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Average annual salary range: $93,000 - $120,000, depending on location and experience.
- Paid time off, sick time, and holiday pay.
- Daily Pay offered to get paid within hours of a shift.
