Job Description

This position offers a challenging and rewarding experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to create collaborative treatment plans and integrative strategies. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Establish speech and language treatment goals using dynamic and standardized assessment tools.
  • Consult with team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and co-treatment with other disciplines as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and billing in accordance with federal and state regulations.
  • Develop play-based and goal-oriented interventions to improve receptive and expressive language skills.
  • Facilitate functional and stimulating experiences to target individualized goals.
  • Implement programming that considers all aspects of the child's development.
  • Contribute to program development and educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a master's degree and be licensed to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California or willing to obtain licensure. Other essential qualifications include:

  • A desire to work in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • An appreciation for various therapeutic approaches.

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $87,377 to $109,222 per year, depending on experience.
  • $2,000 annual continuing education stipend.
  • $10,000 bonus in the first year (4 equal payments of $2,500 quarterly).
  • SLPA supervision stipend of $700 per month per full-time SLPA.
