Responsibilities:- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents based on their medical charts and evaluations.
- Plan and conduct rehabilitative treatment programs to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive problems.
- Instruct residents, families, and caregivers on speech and swallowing techniques.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and family education sessions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.
