Job Summary:

AdvisaCare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Home Health Agency team. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff, including mentoring and coaching
  • Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Perform admissions and visits as needed to ensure quality patient care
  • Travel within our service area to support business growth and expansion
  • Maintain compliance with Medicare and insurance regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in the Home Health Care market

Requirements:

  • Active Michigan RN License
  • Current TB test and CPR certification
  • Home care experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
