About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Assess and analyze customer needs, escalating issues to other Wellhub service or technical departments when necessary
  • Deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers, fostering strong relationships
  • Stay informed about product updates and improvements to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Collaborate with other internal teams by sharing customer insights and factors that impact customer satisfaction, contributing to continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 2 years in customer service environments, with experience handling customer interactions via phone, live chat, and email
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and data entry tools
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus

In Miami, the annual base salary range for this role is $33,000 - $42,000. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
