RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role of Customer Experience Associate will lead the customer experience strategy and execution on behalf of Pura Vida Miami. You will be responsible for executing the customer experience strategy across our locations. This position will report directly to the Director of Customer Experience.

* Oversee guest experience and train current and new employees on Pura Vida Miami experience.

* Scale, train and retrain our Customer Experience during periods of growth, providing inspirational coaching, constant feedback, and excellent team culture.

* Develop and coach store managers on improving front of house operations (i.e. increasing customer reviews, loyalty and sales).

* Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.

* Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

* Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

* Develop and gather continuous feedback from customers to identify areas of improvement for customer experience.

* Drive team performance against KPIs, and communication quality standards to provide best-in-class customer service in a timely, effective manner.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:

* Ensure Front of House is compliant with legal requirements and company branding.

* Improve Front of House (FOH) customer service experience by 10% (Yelp, Google, POS).

* Train and onboard all FOH employees and managers on the Pura Vida Guest Experience program.

* Train and coach current and new managers on improving their FOH experience and new hires.

* Continue to coach and monitor front of house operations to ensure standards are met.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred

* Minimum 5 years in restaurant operations and culinary background.

* Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong communicator able to effectively coach and give direction with enthusiasm, positivity, and energy

* Willingness and humility to serve others first and get in the trenches with fellow team members in a fast-paced environment
