Job Description:

ReliaRide is seeking a skilled and compassionate Wheelchair Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services to our clients in Summit County, OH. As a Wheelchair Driver, you will be responsible for transporting clients to their scheduled appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide door-to-door transportation services to clients with mobility impairments
  • Ensure clients arrive at their scheduled appointments safely and on time
  • Communicate effectively with clients and ReliaRide staff using email and tablet-based apps
  • Comply with industry standards and maintain CPR/first aid and drive training certifications

Requirements:
  • Be a US citizen
  • Hold an active driver's license with four points or less in the last three years
  • Have no criminal history (BCI and FBI checks performed regularly)
  • Pass a physical, 50 lb lift test, and drug and alcohol test
  • Have weekly Saturday availability
  • Be willing to train as a wheelchair-capable driver upon hire
