Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, consistently delivering results-driven performance.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and support each other in achieving success.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
