POSITION SUMMARY
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area by washing, mopping, and tidying the pool deck. Foster an enjoyable and relaxing environment for guests during all recreational activities by demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic demeanor. Monitor activities within the recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies as per established local operating procedures. Uphold the rules and regulations of the recreation area. Stay vigilant for situations where guests may not be able to safely engage in activities and notify a supervisor or manager. Provide assistance to guests in need until emergency medical services arrive. Collect, fold, and organize towels in accordance with company guidelines.
Document accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete necessary safety training and certifications. Adhere to company policies and procedures; ensure that uniform and personal appearance are tidy and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests in line with company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express gratitude to guests sincerely. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Build and sustain positive working relationships with colleagues. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines to identify any defects. Access and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Manipulate objects of different sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as stairs and service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
