About the Role:

As a Guestroom Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your primary responsibility will be to clean and maintain a set number of rooms during your shift, adhering to our rigorous quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the guest room, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and public areas.
  • Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
  • Remove trash and recyclables from the room and replace with new liners.
  • Make beds and ensure that all linens are clean and in good condition.
  • Vacuum and dust all floors and surfaces.
  • Comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and guest confidentiality.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and bending.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
