The Manufacturing Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing projects of diverse scopes and complexities. This role involves orchestrating the collaboration of various internal departments to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality products that align with our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates project management tasks in conjunction with Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to ensure production goals are met efficiently, leading to successful quality approvals, timely deliveries, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Acts as a communication bridge between Estimating, Purchasing, Engineering, and Production to ensure that Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements are fulfilled promptly before assembly commences.
  • Serves as the primary contact for customers throughout the planning and production phases.
  • Delivers monthly revenue reports to senior management while tracking project advancements concerning timelines, costs, and quality standards.
  • Oversees project developments and addresses any challenges that may emerge.
  • Develops and maintains detailed project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Generates and shares Gantt Charts as requested by customers.
  • Responsible for establishing final shipping dates for assembly projects based on the assembly schedule and current departmental resource availability.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Desirable knowledge and experience in power transmission and manufacturing methodologies.
  • Proven experience in project management from inception to completion.
  • Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and detailed action plans.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance practices.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and workloads, with a willingness to work in both manufacturing and office settings.
  • Willingness to travel to customer or user locations as necessary.
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
  • Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
