Special Education Teacher for Visually Impaired Students

We are seeking a skilled Special Education Teacher for Visually Impaired Students to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Manchester, NH.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including:

This full-time contracted position will involve working with students who are visually impaired, providing direct instruction in areas such as Braille, orientation and mobility, and adaptive technology. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting assessments to determine students' educational needs and developing appropriate instructional plans
- Collaborating with classroom teachers to ensure the successful inclusion of visually impaired students in mainstream classrooms
- Adapting curriculum materials and developing accessible resources to meet the diverse needs of students
- Working with parents and other professionals to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- An active New Hampshire teaching license
- A Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) endorsement
- A Master's degree in Education for Visually Impaired Students
- Previous school experience is preferred
