Dedicated Special Education Teacher Wanted in Manchester, NH

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Manchester, New Hampshire.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience working with students with disabilities. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), adapting curriculum to meet the diverse needs of your students, and providing support to ensure all students can reach their academic potential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Adapt lessons and activities to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in the classroom or resource setting.
- Caseload: Middle School Self-Contained
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Masters preferred).
- Certification: Valid New Hampshire teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience: Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher is preferred but not required. Experience with IEPs is a plus.
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
