We're seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team. As a Pest Control Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for selling additional services and general pest control protection to customers via cold-calls, warm leads, and on-site visits. Your creativity and ability to design custom solutions will make you a valuable asset to our team.

The ideal candidate will be professional, driven, and able to work closely with our customers to understand their unique needs. You'll be responsible for conducting inspections, making proposals, and presenting sales contracts to obtain new business. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting customer relationships will be key to your success in this role.

As a Pest Control Sales Representative, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll also receive a company vehicle, company cell phone, and paid time off, including sick leave, vacation time, and holidays.   • Selling additional services and general pest control protection to customers via cold-calls, warm leads, and on-site visits
  • Creatively prospecting for new sales opportunities
  • Conducting inspections to identify infestations and making proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts
  • Covering sales leads in assigned branches and territories, developing multiple additional service and pest control sales leads creatively for each respective lead furnished
  • Preparing job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy
  • Executing contracts on behalf of the company, observing company policies as to terms of sale and payment options
  • Managing collection efforts on delinquent accounts of personal sales contracts
  • Contacting customers after service is performed to ensure customer satisfaction and develop additional prospects
  • Reporting unusual requests or questions from customers and any safety incidents immediately to direct supervisor

As a Pest Control Sales Representative, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to extreme temperatures, including wet and humid conditions. You'll be required to sit, talk, and hear regularly, and to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
  • 6-12 months related experience and/or training in sales and dealing with the public; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • A valid driver's license with an MVR that meets insurance requirements
  • Willingness to work Monday - Saturday and some holidays
  • Able to earn and maintain state-required training (provided) and pest control licensing
