Job Summary

The Director, Impact & Knowledge Management will play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing the impact of Independent Sector's programs and initiatives. This position is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to evaluate program outcomes, enhance organizational learning, and improve decision-making through evidence-based insights.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive impact measurement framework to assess program effectiveness and organizational outcomes.
  • Develop and manage tools and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Generate regular impact reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Oversee the processes and tools for knowledge facilitation, collection, and sharing.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration/Management, Evaluation, Social Science, Data Analytics, Knowledge Management, Nonprofit Management or related plus a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in impact measurement, program evaluation, or knowledge management, preferably in the nonprofit or philanthropic sector.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies.
