Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Clinical Sales Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our Coram CVS/specialty infusion services team, you will develop and maintain relationships with physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources to ensure a smooth transition from medical facilities to home care.

You will use your excellent written and verbal customer service skills, as well as advanced computer skills, to interact with key partners and patients. Your expertise in clinical nutrition support and home healthcare will be essential in identifying opportunities for improvement in patient care and participating in quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial education and training on our nutrition therapy services and technology.
  • Assess method of administration based on physician orders and introduce formulary changes, diagnosis, and route of feeding.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and participate in quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and grow core therapy admissions through customer relationships and provide responsive customer service within assigned hospitals.
  • Work closely with the Territory Manager or Regional Vice President of Sales to present and negotiate therapy programs.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian with current unrestricted license in the state of Georgia.
  • Registration with the American Dietetic Association.
  • Minimum one year of clinical nutrition support experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid and current driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track activity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with pediatric population.
  • Minimum two years of selling healthcare services.
  • Home healthcare nutrition experience strongly desired.
  • A.S.P.E.N membership.
  • CNSC certification.
