Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team in a Senior Living Community in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our team, you will provide medical nutrition therapy, nutrition assessment, and education to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients with various health conditions.
  • Conduct nutrition assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for diet modifications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Train and mentor patient services staff and interns on nutrition-related topics.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction programs.
Requirements
  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required.
  • One (1) year of long-term care experience, preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
