About the Position

As Director of Manufacturing and Production, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Direct and oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues, driving process improvements and cost reductions.
  3. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with company objectives and vision.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in a similar role or function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Compensation Package
  • A salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
