About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to provide continuous care to a medically fragile patient in the school setting. As a School Case RN Home Health Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for implementing the physician's prescribed plan of care, conducting patient assessments, and coordinating care with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in the system of record
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention
- Assist patients with travel to and from school
- 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Fingerprinting may be required
- Competitive hourly rate
