Job Summary

The Director of Outpatient Services is a key leadership position responsible for the overall operational administration of the Outpatient Services department at Universal Health Services. This role ensures the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs, and services consistent with the facility's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality and efficiency of outpatient services.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including The Joint Commission.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize departmental performance.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in a clinical-related mental health field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical, administrative, and supervisory roles in intensive psychiatric and residential treatment programs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
