Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and implement individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote continuity.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course, and other certifications may be necessary based on primary department.
Compensation and Benefits

Aspirus Health offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
