Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Patient Advocate Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our Business Development team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to navigate complex systems and build trust with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Analyze referral and admission data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team, Admissions Manager, admission staff, nursing, and other internal and external staff to facilitate referral conversion.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to customer service, referral and admission processes, and patient and referral source satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and measure success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health field or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Current licensure in nursing or respiratory therapy required.
- Minimum two years of experience in the designated field of license, preferably with rehabilitation/LTACH and marketing experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
