Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the establishment achieves its goals, which include providing an excellent product and exceptional customer service in a tidy and inviting environment.
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining and boosting sales and profitability for the location through administrative tasks, cash management, inventory oversight, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate baking and frying machinery.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and strong leadership attributes.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in food service or retail.
- Work hours typically begin at 6 AM or 7 AM; operations conclude by 8 PM from Sunday to Thursday, and by 9 PM on Friday and Saturday.
- Approximately 25-30 hours per week; potential for full-time opportunities.
Duck Donuts originated on the picturesque shores of the Outer Banks in Duck, North Carolina. There, Russ DiGilio and his family enjoyed delightful vacations but found a lack of fresh donuts. Thus, they decided to create their own, leading to the inception of Duck Donuts.
