We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifamily Development Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of multifamily construction projects in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Provide training, guidance, and career development opportunities for subordinates.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of construction experience and 5 years of supervisory experience. They must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a thorough understanding of subcontractor and construction sequencing.

A valid Driver's License and OSHA 30 certification are also required. The salary for this position is estimated to be between $130,000 and $150,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Additionally, the company offers full health benefits, covering 80% of medical expenses, and a cell phone stipend of $30 per pay period.
